We’re dedicated to enhancing your productivity and streamlining your workflow. With expertise in task management, scheduling, communication, and project coordination, we’ll take on the administrative burdens so you can focus on what truly matters—growing your business.

How does it work?

Based on your budget and workload, you purchase a block of hours every month. Starting at $45 per hour (with a 10-hour per month minimum), we use your time how it best helps your business.

Typically, our clients turn to us for services like: task management, scheduling, customer communication, project coordination, or just tackling your overflowing inbox.

Hi, I’m Mary Kate

As a seasoned communicator, my career has put me at the forefront of all things communications. From graphic design, marketing, and public relations to crisis communication and event coordination to even being classified as a first responder in the wake of a hurricane(s). I've taken what I've learned over the last sixteen years, and I'm focusing on helping other businesses and individuals shine. I’ve also had the job of sharing those life lessons with future communicators as an instructor at Texas A&M University.
